Veterinary Laboratory is situated in Dhangadhi submetropolitan city of far western province Nepal. This laboratory was established as the reference laboratory of the far western development region with its service area covering the nine districts and two zones. Veterinary Laboratory, Dhangadhi was established in 2049/050 as with the name of Regional Veterinary Laboratory, Dhangadhi.  With the administrative reconstruction of Nepal during the year 2074/75, the laboratory was renamed as Veterinary laboratory, Dhangadhi, Kailali. Veterinary laboratory aims to protect the livestock with the provision of prompt diagnosis of diseases.
