Post-mortem examination, hematology & biochemistry are major areas under the pathology section. Mostly, the section receives specimens from all over the province either directly or through the respective Veterinary hospital and expert service centre or local level government. Besides this, veterinary practitioners, livestock and poultry farms as well as farmers deliver specimens for the purpose of disease diagnosis.
